Implicit Bias Training

Training opportunities are available for faculty and staff search committee members before applications are reviewed. The online course available for faculty members examines how myths about fit and merit impact the hiring process at academic institutions. The course also provides practical solutions for individuals to confront and counteract bias.

Diversity Advocate Training

Each faculty and staff search committee is required to have at least one Diversity Advocate. Intensive training is provided by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

DEI Workshop Series

Faculty, staff, and student groups can request training from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Staff.
